She died Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at Bedford Care Center in Hattiesburg, MS.

Interment will be in Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery.

Dimple Breazeale was born in Purvis, MS on March 30, 1934 to Mr. George Washington Elliott and Mrs. Lucinda Bounds Elliott. Dimple was the youngest of ten children. Her father worked at a sawmill and her mother was primarily a homemaker, but she did work for a while as a cook for the sawmillís boarding house.

Dimple graduated from Purvis High School and began working at the Movie Star (Reliance Factory) in Purvis. She was introduced to Mr. William Breazeale by one of her co-workers (Williamís aunt). He was an Air Force man who had just returned from Japan. They got married at Corinth Baptist Church and began their married life at the Air Force base in Mobile, AL. After being in Mobile for three years they were relocated to France and resided in a small village called Pinon.
Dimple gave birth to her son, Kenny, two years prior to moving to France and five years later, they would complete their family with the addition of a daughter, Renee, born in New Jersey.

The family finally settled down on the MS Gulf Coast when William secured an instructor position at Keesler Air Force Base. Dimple took courses in cake decorating and floral arrangements. She also went to Chrisís Beauty School to become a certified nail technician.

She worked at Three Sisters Florist for approximately twenty years. She had a love for floral arranging, listening to all genres of music and browsing through a Southern Living Magazine. She was a member of Corinth Baptist Church in Purvis, where she did all the floral arrangements for the church as well as worked in the nursery. She also loved traveling to many exciting places, such as France, Holland, and Belgium.

She is survived by one son, Kenneth Breazeale (Doris) of Panama City, Panama; one daughter, Renee Breazeale (Ashley) of Dallas, TX; three grandchildren, Ryan Bullock (Tamara), Nicole Breazeale, and Hayden Beakey-Breazeale; one great-grandson, Jack Bullock, and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff at Bedford Care Center Alzheimer's unit and her longtime caregiver, Angie Redd, Blythe and Rick Bullock for their endless support and to Wayne and Susie Hale and Susie Gipson for their kindness and love.

For those wishing to make Memorials contributions, donations in her name may be made to Alzheimer's.org.
